Spring Skating and Skill Development Camp

Spring 2024

Skill development is essential for continued growth. These sessions will focus on improving overall conditioning such as speed, puck control, stick handling, faking, shooting and endurance. Individual skills and conditioning drills are taught to utilize in game situations.

With skating, we will work on edge control, learn to have a more explosive stride so you can reach top speed, and develop proper stride mechanics. The importance of learning proper technique is vital in skill development and muscle memory.
